Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you play a key part in securing the reliability, compliance, and industrial performance of highly complex engineered systems. Your work directly contributes to product integrity, customer confidence and success of technically demanding projects.
You lead a small team of quality engineers and ensure product conformity with customer specifications and regulatory requirements throughout the full project lifecycle. Beyond team management, you structure and drive quality activities within your scope and contribute to building a strong culture of anticipation, prevention, and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities
Manage and lead the activities of a small team of quality engineers
Ensure product compliance and conformity with customer specifications at all stages of the project, from development to manufacturing, testing, and commissioning
Oversee product assurance, risk management, and safety‑related quality activities
Manage control plans, production quality monitoring, non‑conformities, and root cause analysis
Act as the main quality interface toward customers and coordinate cross‑functional quality topics
Contribute to process capability, performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support internal compliance and certified management systems in a regulated context
