We’re looking for a Sales Lead who can identify opportunities and foster lasting business relationships. Your role involves: Proactively identifying potential clients needing custom software development
Building and managing a pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and networking
Understanding client needs and aligning them with our services
Collaborating with our technical team to develop proposals and solutions
Representing Agile Software Design at meetings, calls, and industry events
Driving the sales process from initial contact to signed contract
Qualifications include: Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in software or tech services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort with outbound prospecting and lead generation
Strong understanding of diverse industry needs
Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
Methodical, independent, and results-oriented approach
