Commercial Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
* Contribute to business decisions across strategy, product development, pricing, marketing, and commercial execution.
* Partner closely with local market teams, conducting regular reviews to understand needs, monitor performance, and derive actionable insights.
* Support global and local teams in the rollout of product launches and marketing campaigns.
* Monitor global business performance, analyzing sales, pricing, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Capture and share commercial best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement.
* Lead and execute cross-functional business development projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Your profile
* University degree, preferably in Business or Audiology.
* 5–10 years of experience in a commercial, strategy, consulting, or similar role.
* Solid understanding of commercial processes, ideally with exposure to sales or local marketing execution.
* Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across functions and markets, excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in project leadership and working in cross-functional, international environments.
* Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
