OverviewSenior Lectureship in Management / Business Administration (75%). The University of St.Gallen and its School of Management invite applications for a Senior Lectureship in the field of Management / Business Administration. The institution is triple accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) and offers a stimulating research environment with a large network spanning start-ups, small businesses, and large firms to engage in field studies.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implementation of innovative digital solutions for management education.Coordination of complex teaching settings and integration of research-based insights into education.Deliver large-scale lectures in German and English for the Assessment Year, and ensure a strong academic bridge to the bachelor’s program in Business Administration (BBWL).Teach at other levels (BA, MA, PhD and Executive Education) as required.The successful candidate is expected to contribute significantly to the Assessment Year, one of the university\'s most important study phases with more than 2,000 students annually.Qualifications and profileDoctoral degree in management or a closely related field.Excellent track record in research and teaching; potential to publish in top-level journals, influential books, or conferences.Established relationships with relevant research and executive communities.Experience in executive education and securing third-party funding is advantageous.Outstanding leadership, scholarly commitment, and fundraising capabilities.According to our claim “From insight to impact”, the future colleague should convey scientific knowledge to students and have a significant impact on theory and practice.
