 
        
        We are looking for an Office Manager for an Asset Manager in Zurich.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
 * Manage administrative processes, correspondence, and documentation.
 * Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
 * Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
 * Support HR, finance, and compliance teams as required.
 * Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities management.
Requirements:
 * Fluency in Swiss German and English is essential.
 * French is a strong advantage.
 * Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in finance or asset management.
 * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
 * Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
