ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and successfully delivered.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct project pre-analysis and break down initiatives into functional streams
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Draft clear and structured business specifications
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
Coordinate execution activities with development teams to ensure alignment
Prepare and maintain comprehensive test cases
Actively participate in release cycles and collaborate with test management teams during project or feature test campaigns
Provide regular project reporting, including progress tracking and risk identification
WHAT YOU WILL NEED Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proficiency in English: additional languages are an advantage
