* Analyze data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
* Develop dashboards and performance-tracking tools (Power BI, Excel) to monitor key KPIs across teams and territories.
* Prepare and deliver regular user-friendly reports and scorecards that provide clear visibility into sales force performance.
* Collaborate in the development testing and tracking of new reporting tools and scorecards.
* Actively contribute to the evolution and execution of the Route-To-Market Strategy aligning local needs with Group best practices.
Key requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in sales operations business analytics or performance management
* Fluency in English and at least one other language German or French
* Strong analytical skills confident working with large datasets
* Proficiency in MS Excel Power BI
* Effective time management prioritization and stakeholder communication skills
* Data-driven proactive collaborative approach
