Financial Controller/Team Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller/Team Leader to join our organization. This leadership role oversees the finance department and plays a central part in enhancing the financial visibility and performance of the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting and closing activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across all entities, supervising internal accounting operations, and preparing annual accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounting and Closing Activities: Manage accounting and closing activities for multiple special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in compliance with local regulations.
* Financial Reporting: Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across all entities.
* Internal Accounting Operations: Supervise internal accounting operations including bookkeeping, payroll, and reconciliations.
* Annual Accounts: Prepare annual accounts and manage fiscal compliance (tax declarations, VAT, etc.).
Requirements:
* Degree in finance or accounting from a recognized institution.
* At least 5 years of experience in controlling, business finance, or senior accounting.
* Experience in real estate, financial services, or banking is a plus.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central).
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate compliance.
* Fluency in French and English required.
