As a Global Supply Chain Controller (f/m/d), you will take on a key role as a business partner for our global supply chain organization – covering production, logistics, and procurement. In this strategically oriented yet hands-on function, you carry financial responsibility for central operational topics and support the global management team with in-depth analyses, business insights, and clear, actionable recommendations.
You will lead a small international team of 3–4 colleagues and collaborate closely with various departments worldwide. With your contribution, you actively shape decision-making, strengthen performance, and support the successful development of our company.

* Active contribution to and further development of processes in controlling and supply chain
* Strategic and professional involvement in group-wide projects in the supply chain area
This is you
* Completed degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. accounting & controlling expert)
* 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international industrial company
* Leadership experience and competence in team development
* Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with high commitment
* Pragmatic team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and convincing communication skills
* Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Essbase or OneStream is an advantage
* Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
