For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, we are seeking a: /ppQuality Engineer /p pAs a Quality Engineer, you will support manufacturing quality activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, product quality, and business continuity. /pulliSupport the management of Non-Conformances (NCs) and CAPA activities /liliParticipate in root cause investigations and drive effective corrective actions /liliAnalyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities /liliCoordinate and track corrective and preventive actions with customers and suppliers /liliDevelop, maintain, and improve quality documentation, inspection plans, and procedures /liliSupport internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations /liliWork closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support functions /liliProvide technical support and guidance on quality-related matters across manufacturing operations /li /ul bQualifikationen /bbr /ullipMinimum Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience /p /liliAt least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field /liliExperience managing Non-Conformances, CAPA processes, and problem-solving activities /liliKnowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, or similar /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related tools and methodologies /liliFluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken /liliStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams /li /ul
