What You’ll Do
As a Business Developer Representative, you will:
* Identify Opportunities: Proactively engage with potential clients to identify robust sales opportunities and profile prospective customers.
* Discover Needs: Build rapport with C‑level decision makers, understand their pain points, and correlate business needs with available cloud solutions.
* Drive New Business: Execute daily outbound calls and emails, aiming to qualify and advance sales prospects.
* Achieve Targets: Achieve SQO quota quarterly; hit target levels of activity daily and weekly, working towards individual and team goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
* Manage Accounts: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high‑potential prospects; educate customers on offerings tailored to their needs.
* Record & Maintain Data: Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com; manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities, ensuring diligent documentation of customer interactions and deal details.
* Solution Selling: Understand prospects’ pain points, gather technical requirements, and build value by correlating business needs with available cloud solutions; provide value for next steps in the sales process, ensuring the best fit for customer needs.
Requirements
* C1 Level French proficiency.
* Strong command of English (spoken and written).
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
* Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
* Business acumen: Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and work against an assigned quota.
* General IT skills: Essential computer skills to efficiently navigate a computer‑based job.
Desirable Qualifications
* One year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting.
* Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts.
* Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
* Full‑time position: 39 hours per week.
* Salary: Starting from €22,785 gross per year, plus up to €2,734 gross per year in performance bonuses.
