The candidate that will succeed in this position will play a key role as IT Operations Consultant with strong experience in SAP technical operations. The role focuses on supporting day‑to‑day SAP system activities, implementing configuration updates, applying hardening measures, and ensuring stable and secure system operations.
Responsibilities
Support deployment and integration of SAP security tools;
Apply SAP system hardening and configuration updates;
Execute remediation tasks from technical reviews;
Maintain SAP system components and configurations;
Support SAP operations in cloud environments (e.g., AWS);
Troubleshoot SAP system issues and elevate when needed;
Document configurations and operational procedures;
Perform routine system health checks;
Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams;
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in SAP Basis or technical operations;
Knowledge of major SAP modules (ECC, BW, HANA, etc.);
Understanding of SAP architecture, RFCs, profiles, and parameters;
Familiarity with SAP hardening and secure configuration practices;
Experience with SAP in cloud environments;
Good knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server;
Ability to troubleshoot SAP logs, dumps, and performance issues;
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills;
