Responsibilities
* Record and process all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
* Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and adjustments.
* Reconcile bank, supplier, customer, and other general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
* Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Calculate and file tax returns, including VAT and corporate taxes, in collaboration with tax authorities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing efficient accounting procedures.
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Patent in Accounting is a plus.
* Proven experience as a (Financial) Accountant or similar role.
* Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
* Excellent knowledge of French and English.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
