You will enable our Molecular Lab network to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic solutions and your contributions will support the Diagnostics 10-year ambition.The OpportunityYou work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product Owner, System Architect, Solution Architect, System Engineers, etc.) to understand and translate complex business and customer needs into effective technical solutions and communicate these to the team and the stakeholdersYou design and develop innovative software solutions that meet regulatory requirements as well as fulfill system quality attributes like scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, interoperability, extensibility, etcYou guide the team to adhere to best practices in software development and inline with the organizational strategy and practices including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration, to deliver high-quality solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellenceYou act as a mentor and role model, guiding and empowering team members in technical development, promoting a collaborative working environment and contributing effectively to the team's successWho you areBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in the specialized field of Software Development / Engineering for embedded systems and experience in a regulated environment is a plus for succeeding in the roleStrong knowledge of Angular or strong experience on developing embedded user interfaces using Rust or C++ or similar.
