OverviewWe are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations (Logistic) Team. As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader at IKEA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfillment processes. You will lead a team responsible for managing orders, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer demands and exceed expectations. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.ResponsibilitiesWorking with your team to secure the highest goods availability and operational readiness.Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily operational targets and performance goals.Assume the responsibility for identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing the diverse talents within your team.Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfillment (Logistic) operations.Ensure and maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.Qualifications / RequirementsPrevious experience in logistics or a related field, with at least two years in a leadership or coordinator role.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.Good knowledge of retail and/or fulfilment operations processes, tools and working methods.Knowledge of budgets, costs, and KPI's and how to use them for business planning and management.Ability to deal with the unknown in a constantly changing omnichannel environment.Ability to communicate in a clear and targeted way in Local language and in English with different people in various situations.The position requires flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday, including both early and late shifts.NotesDo you think this would work for you?
