Your tasks
1. As an HR Business Partner of our Technical Business Unit of Machining Solutions in Losone, which includes 400 office and operational employees, you will provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees, ensuring effective HR management and fostering a positive work environment.
2. Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: Lead recruiting efforts and manage the full talent acquisition process.
3. Company Culture and Employee Wellbeing: Deploy corporate initiatives, including organizing events and facilitating training sessions.
4. External Relations: External contacts with local authorities, employment agencies, Swissmem etc.
5. HR Processes and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all corporate HR policies and regulatory requirements.
Your profile
6. 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in similar roles within international environments.
7. Swiss Federal HR Specialist Certificate is preferred.
8. Hands on experience with HRIS, preferably with SAP.
9. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
10. Ability to coach, motivate, and influence people.
11. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
12. High sense of discretion and capability to handle sensitive topics Team player with experience working in diverse cultural environments.
13. Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (both written and oral).
