Responsibilities
* Organize, plan, and supervise new projects, ensuring quality system procedures and developing optimization concepts.
* Provide specialized technical advice for diagnostic cases in electronic and IT fields.
* Supervise, update, and implement electronic and IT equipment of the CCVP.
* Develop concepts on IT platforms to optimize heavy vehicle controls.
* Perform analysis activities to prepare CCVP statistics.
* Participate in cantonal, inter‑cantonal, federal working groups and technical‑scientific activities.
* Continuously improve and update own skills as needed.
* Act as the safety and health officer for CCVP employees.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical, electronic engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in vehicle engineering, technology and technical‑IT project management.
* Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team, responsibility, goal orientation, problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent language skills in Italian (required), German (spoken), and English (knowledge).
* Type B driving licence, Swiss nationality.
* Flexibility in employment (extended hours, nights, on‑call) as needed.
* Optionally: residence in Bellinzona area, Leventina, Riviera or Blenio valleys; knowledge of OBD systems and vehicle diagnostics; technical knowledge of heavy vehicles.

Benefits
Competitive salary: Class 10 – CHF 10 88'633 to 141'990, Class 9 – CHF 9 83'633 to 133'310 (including 13th month salary). Employment: 42 hours per week, flexible scheduling based on service needs.
