Job Title: Mechanical Production Engineer - Work Preparation

Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for mechanical components.
* Create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and process flow charts.
* Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to the production team.
* Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in production engineering and work preparation.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
* Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
