Job Overview
The Senior Director, Quality Governance is responsible for leading the governance framework that ensures quality and compliance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain quality governance standards, policies, and processes aligned with industry regulations, corporate policies, and best practices.
* Design and implement quality governance policies, processes, and standards to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
* Foster a culture of quality and compliance through strategic oversight, ensuring operational excellence in all quality-related functions.
Required Experience and Skills
* A minimum of 15 years of related experience in Quality management in a healthcare industry or operations.
* Demonstrated ability to turn vision into strategies and a successful track record of gaining support to implement those strategies.
* Strong personal leadership skills and ability to interface with senior leaders.
* Strong understanding of GxP requirements and regulatory guidelines.
