Senior Python Developer Contract Role (Start ASAP)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join a global digital transformation leader. This is a contract position with an immediate start, focused on building scalable, event driven serverless solutions in the cloud.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop robust, scalable software using Python
* Design and deploy serverless applications (AWS Lambda, EventBridge, SQS)
* Build and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines using Python
* Provision infrastructure using Terraform or other IaC tools
* Collaborate with platform teams to define and own service components
Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in Python development
* Strong expertise in AWS (GCP or Azure a plus)
* Proven experience with serverless architectures
* Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD
* Strong focus on clean code, scalability, and automation
Nice to Have
* Experience with Kubernetes
* Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
* Certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
