Your role includes advising and autonomously supporting clients and their relatives on insurance issues, developing the existing clientele, and actively participating in acquiring new clients thanks to your commercial temperament. You create tailored offers and manage the Non-Life portfolio (policies, coverage changes) independently. You document points of contact in our CRM and provide personalized advice at the reception. You have completed training in the insurance sector, preferably with knowledge of Non-Life insurance; ideally, you know Zurich’s products and processes. You possess commercial skills, enjoy advising end clients, and thrive in a performance-oriented environment (sales figures tracking). You appreciate a performance-related compensation system and see it as a motivation to always give your best. Excellent command of French, good knowledge of English, and beneficial additional language skills. This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Lausanne, Crissier Hybrid work: up to 40%.
