Employment based in Le Landeron (Switzerland). Your sales field covers the cantons of Bern (BE), Solothurn (SO), Lucerne (LU), Basel‑Landschaft (BL), Basel‑Stadt (BS), Aargau (AG), Obwalden (OW) and Nidwalden (NW).
Responsibilities
* Active acquisition: Identify potential customers and partners in long‑term care and integrate them successfully into our network.
* Consulting and sales: Develop customized solutions, prepare compelling proposals, deliver presentations, and conduct training sessions and seminars.
* Networking: Represent the company at trade fairs and networking events.
* Market monitoring: Work closely with the marketing team to analyze market developments and secure competitive advantages.
* Customer satisfaction: Provide first‑class customer service and support customers throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
* Sales talent: Several years of proven experience in sales, especially in cold calling.
* Closing strength: Strong focus on successfully concluding sales negotiations.
* Technical knowledge: Training as electrician, electronics technician, IT professional, electrical planner or equivalent qualification.
* Language skills: Native German; French a strong advantage, English a plus.
* Excellent communication: Tailor communication to target groups and demonstrate strong customer orientation.
* Independence: Plan and organize sales activities effectively and work independently.
* Network: A existing network in the long‑term care sector is advantageous.
