Job Description

To strengthen our operations team and to support the growth of the company, we are looking for a part-time Office Manager based in Lausanne to contribute to the back office management, administration and office related topics.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage office access, ensuring proper security measures are followed.
* Oversee office supplies, IT equipment, and general stock management, including procurement and logistics.
* Act as the main point of contact for Innovation Park communication and coordination.
* Organize the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
* Plan and coordinate visits for colleagues, investors, and clients.
* Organize team-building activities to foster company culture and employee engagement.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with IT equipment management.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Experience with event planning, logistics, or facility management is a plus.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude.
