Responsibilities: You supervise, train, and lead a team with kindness, uniting your team around clear objectives and instilling a collective dynamic. You develop and organize plans, manage recruitments, and ensure a social work environment. You implement necessary actions to achieve turnover and profitability targets. You guarantee a premium customer experience: welcoming, advising, analyzing performance, and adjusting your approach accordingly. You manage stock, restocking, and adapt the store’s offerings according to trends, seasons, and customer profiles, while ensuring merchandising adheres to standards. Profile: You have a successful experience in retail as a floor manager, ideally in women's clothing, and have completed training in sales (CFC or equivalent). You are a hands-on manager who enjoys developing your teams and taking on challenges. Your proven experience as a leader is essential for this role. You have a commercial sense, are customer-oriented, and are autonomous — these are your true strengths. You have a good product sensitivity and a strong taste for fashion, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office. You speak fluent French, and preferably another language including English.
