Job Responsibilities Acquire contacts and maintain good relations with Civil Aviation Authorities and equivalent organizations worldwide.
Renew annual subscriptions for AIP amendment services covering the designated countries.
Track and obtain all aeronautical publications for the 28-day AIRAC cycle in a timely manner.
Take full responsibility for source procurement tasks within the designated country coverage.
Monitor, record, and verify incoming aeronautical publications.
Ensure the on-time distribution of available aeronautical publications to internal customers.
Clarify inconsistencies in publication methods by applying relevant ICAO rules.
Process clarification requests related to formatting errors or missing publications.
Handle customer requests efficiently.
Participate in internal projects.

Qualifications and Skills Several years of professional experience in business administration.
