Assist with monitoring building contractors on maintenance and repairs, and assume responsibility for general Office Services and maintenance related to company contracts.
Assist with all local and international insurance renewal processes and follow-up.
Maintain employee personnel files and databases.
Assist in preparing presentations and company guidelines.
Assist with payroll processing as needed, including holiday and absence management.
Administer benefits, including the company private health scheme, liaising with providers on claims, invoices, and customer service issues.
Participate in updating the Intranet Office and HR sections.
Ensure proper reporting on attendance, terminations, new hires, and employee movements, and liaise with other offices.
Ensure HR procedures are followed.
Manage work permit processes, including renewals, changes, and departures.
Complete induction processes: setting up new user accounts, delivering induction presentations, and handling AVS, child benefits, etc.
Support the recruitment process.
Provide relocation assistance services when appropriate, including moving, home searches, and short-term accommodation.

* Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities with timely follow-through.
HR/Technical Knowledge and Skills:
* Familiarity with HR procedures, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems or databases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues quickly and pragmatically.
* Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive HR matters.
