Job Title: Junior HR Business Partner - Employee Experience Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner - Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR responsibilities, from managing daily operations to contributing to initiatives that shape our employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Assist employees with administrative needs and provide guidance and training to managers on HR processes and policies.
2. Collaboration and Operations: Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Talent Lead to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes.
3. Employee Development: Lead employee development programs, advise people leaders on HR topics, and collaborate with the HR team on key initiatives.
4. Compliance and Reporting: Manage work permits, payroll updates, employee documentation, and timekeeping while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for Finance and Swiss Government.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Proven HR Experience: Proven track record in an HR role (e.g., HR Admin, Generalist, or Junior HRBP), preferably within an international environment.
2. HR Qualifications: Successfully completed HR qualifications and/or certifications.
3. Knowledge of HR Best Practices: Strong understanding of HR best practices, Swiss labor laws, and compliance requirements.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with a strong affinity for HR systems such as Workday or Personio (a plus).
5. Language Skills: Fluent in English and (Swiss) German.
6. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle sensitive situations professionally.
7. Motivation and Growth: A proactive mindset, strong people skills, and interest in growing into a senior HR role.
