:
1. Manage programs allocated to the Lengnau site, guaranteeing that project achievements are met as per the plan/contract.
2. Raise issues to site leadership and uphold effective communication with clients and program owners.
3. Lead all aspects of Project Charters for each project, clearly defining objectives, timelines, communication channels, and meeting regimes.
4. Act as a role model and main driver of the execution of the Project Charter, encouraging effective communication with clients, ThermoFisher senior management, Subject Matter Experts, and project teams.
Budget Control
5. Maintain accurate financial records with the assistance of ThermoFisher’s financial team.
6. Ensure timely invoicing to generate revenue for ThermoFisher.
7. Communicate with the finance department to offer detailed financial reporting of the program internally.
Expertise and Compliance
8. Provide extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry to ensure safe product availability to patients.
9. Ensure ThermoFisher’s Safety Standards are maintained throughout the project execution.
10. Document program activities to meet regulatory authorities' mentorship and expectations.
11. Maintain a strong network of Subject Matter Experts within the ThermoFisher team to bolster a range of skills.
Position Qualifications:
12. Master degree in science/engineering or other similar education
13. >7 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, within CMC/technical development
14. >5 years in project management or related
15. Proficiency in project management methodologies, including managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
16. Understanding of the technical aspects relevant to the projects being managed
17. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
18. Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate the team. Strong decision-making skills and confidence in leading the project
19. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management
20. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments. Ability to handle unexpected challenges and changes effectively
