We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to
build an understanding of the Asset Servicing industry as well as our culture, and strategy support our client advisor and solution experts in their day-to-day work, including preparing for sales and client reviews, designing customized solutions and executing transactions coordinate client projects with various stakeholders and acquire know how in business development *Your team**
You’ll be working in our Institutional Clients & Global Asset Servicing team. We serve institutional clients in Switzerland and professional wealth management clients across regions. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions spanning from global custody to private labelled funds as well as multi-bank investment analytics.
*Your expertise**
We’re looking for a candidate who
has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
