YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESYou will ensure the proper functioning of the internal logistics flow and carry out the necessary tasks for the distribution of our products. Ensure the monitoring of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and support analysis of associated loads/capacities. Edit the orders according to the production plan using the needs calculations from the ERP. Ensure the follow-up of production orders (OPs) and deliveries. Manage priority arbitration in case of overload in certain areas. Ensure the availability of purchased or outsourced components and follow up with the relevant departments. Ensure the accuracy of production data and its updating. Identify and analyze any deficiencies or discrepancies. Manage changes in progress and analyze relevant KPIs for the management of activities, particularly performance indicators of logistics, industrial, or engineering nature of an ERP. Experience in scheduling or supply chain, ideally in watchmaking or a precision industrial sector. Excellent mastery of analytical tools (Excel, Access, BI). Rigor, analytical skills, and sense of priorities. Ease in communication and team spirit. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changes.
