About The Role
As Regional Sales Director, you will lead, coach and mentor a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and shape the customer experience in the Swiss and Austrian markets.
Responsibilities
* Actively coach, support, and lead by example a team of individual contributors
* Develop strategies to create new opportunities where none previously exist
* Effectively position Workday’s unique value proposition against aggressive competitors
* Connect with C-suite decision makers and articulate Workday’s impact on business value
* Drive Workday Culture and cross‑group collaboration within the Customer Base organization
* Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners

About You
Key Qualifications
* Experience within the business applications marketplace, preferably ERP, Financials or Human Capital Management
* Demonstrable results in leading teams within complex, team‑based sales environments
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with successful revenue attainment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Additional Qualifications
* Experience managing a high‑skill opportunity‑creating team of Account Executives
* True passion for delivering results through others
* High level of accountability in a high‑growth environment
* Proven self‑starter, fast‑learner and agent of change
* Proficiency with various selling methodologies and track record of coaching or teaching these skills
