Tasks
As a legal counsel, you will advise assigned business units and companies in various subjects, for instance in the procurement area, for the product or marketing department.
Comprehensive legal advice to the assigned business units and companies;
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts with customers and business partners;
Independent legal support of projects;
Handling of requests from national and international authorities;
Selection, instruction and supervision of external lawyers.

Requirements
Master degree in law;
Admittance to the Swiss bar is a plus;
At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in an in-house legal department;
A committed, independent and precise way of working;
A good team player and communicator, experienced in negotiations;
Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a business-oriented and pragmatic approach to work;
Very good spoken and written German and English skills; an additional languages would be an asset.
