Project Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Pharmaceutical sector projects in Switzerland.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery phase of projects and programmes. Your extensive experience in project management will enable you to effectively coordinate and manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of property or infrastructure project management. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams is also essential, as well as experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
The role requires a focus on safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards. You will be an advocate for our values and champion a diverse and inclusive working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project teams and administering the PMO and Project Controls process
* Coordinating with senior stakeholders to influence long-term development of strategy
* Developing expertise in PMO and Project Controls, with a growing internal and external network
Requirements:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional or personal development
* Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Pharma sector
* Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams
* Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders
