SAP IT Specialist
Tasks
Manage user accounts, roles, and catalog rights.
Adjust settings such as schedules and access management.
Support user departments by streamlining processes and addressing queries.
Modify configuration including shift plans, company calendar, door management, or DA corrections.
Respond to requests from user departments, including mastery of business processes, simplification for employees, support and understanding of problems and requests, testing modifications and bugs, anticipation of advisory requests.
Transport changes between environments.
Open and follow up requests with the subcontractor when necessary.
Skills
IT specialist apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent; senior candidates should have a management IT diploma (BF or university level).
BC-Admin profile with in-depth knowledge in a SAP module (logistics and/or purchasing).
Strong collaboration skills to work with various departments.
Deep knowledge of SAP modules, especially in logistics and purchasing.
Qualifications
Curiosity and mastery of technical aspects of SAP.
Quick understanding of flows and processes, maintaining smooth collaboration with different sectors.
