Main tasks
* Own and lead the full lifecycle of integrated circuit design projects, from strategic customer negotiations-primarily in the automotive sector-through release to high-volume production in Asia
* Provide strong technical and organizational leadership to cross-functional teams, coordinating and prioritizing activities across design, development, validation, pre-series, and mass production phases
* Prepare and launch new projects by actively participating in customer negotiations on all technical and organizational aspects
* Define and implement all project-related processes in close collaboration with R&D, validation, Quality Assurance, and pre-series production managers
* Communicate transversally across the organization to plan, drive, and monitor project progress, ensuring smooth execution and delivery
* Manage and organize the development of automated test programs for integrated circuits intended for high-volume production in Asia
* Leverage extensive experience in automotive integrated circuit design and industrialization, translating it into clear, logical, and efficient processes
* Ensure the successful execution of all ongoing projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and full compliance with applicable standards, including ISO 26262
