* Establishing and monitoring sales targets, budgets, and performance indicators for each store
* Developing and optimizing processes and structures to enhance operational efficiency
* Analyzing data and preparing reports to track the performance of our distribution network
* Managing human resources, including the supervision, motivation, and development of direct reports, as well as assistance with recruitment and personnel-related issues
* Overseeing inventory management and stock control across all stores
* Conducting regular store visits to ensure quality standards are met and to address any concerns or issues that may arise
* Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
