Job Description – We are seeking a senior consultant to lead the Target Price Range (TPR) integration project and drive the organizational change management (OCM) process as part of the expanded SP&C mandate. It requires exceptional skills in senior stakeholder management, resilience in navigating a complex matrix environment, and the ability to establish best practices for long-term sustainability
Co-lead the process/pricing tool implementation integration project, ensuring design, implementation, and alignment with the new pricing function mandate
• Drive organizational change management as a core responsibility, shaping communication, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition
• Manage senior-level stakeholder engagement, including Pricing Squad, Commercial Enablement, IT teams, DiaPrice, and other system owners
• Set and embed best practices for governance, communication, and process sustainability at global and regional levels
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful operational handover once stabilized
5 years experience in project management and/or organizational change management, ideally linked to process or system transformation at a global scale
• Strong track record of senior stakeholder management within complex matrix organizations
• Fluency in English
possesses extensive experience in project management and organizational change management, coupled with a proven history of managing senior stakeholders within intricate matrix organizations.
