Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis over development, testing, deployment and maintenance
* Complex T-SQL queries to build database interfaces in the area of data integration, interface reconciliation, master data management and data quality management
* Interact with the other application management teams to further enhance interfaces and reconciliations by using complex T-SQL queries, Workato, Power BI
* Utilize our low-code iPaaS-Solution Workato for system integrations and reconciliations
* Document technical implementations and processes thoroughly
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure system scalability and reliability
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer/Data Science, Mathematical/Engineering or related discipline with IT focus
* Highly experienced in SQL with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
* Proven knowledge of application management and hands-on experience in application development
* Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience required
* Prior experience in the financial industry and specific knowledge in asset management
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) and German would be an advantage
* Hands-on mindset with proven ability to deliver results
* Experience in Software development is a strong plus
* Familiarity with iPaaS solutions (e.g. Workato) is considered an asset
