You will work closely with the Chief Accountant and take ownership of the entire Accounts Payable process. Temporary role. Your responsibilities: - Accounts Payable: receipt, verification and posting of invoices; review of services delivered; purchase order management; preparation and execution of payments; monitoring of deadlines and discrepancy resolution; daily interaction with suppliers; administrative management of contracts (leasing, vehicles, services, etc.). - Analysis & reliability: consistency checks on invoices, monitoring of commitments, updating of expense tracking reports, and contribution to the improvement of AP processes. - Cross-functional support: occasional participation in customer reminders, cash-flow monitoring and bank reconciliations. - General accounting: contribution to bookkeeping and balance sheet preparation. Your profile: - Degree in Accounting. - At least 3/5 years experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in accounting tools and ERP systems like SAP. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy. - Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset. - Professional English required (C1 level).
