For our Global ICT team, we are currently looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Manager (m/f/x).
Responsibilities
* Define and maintain the company’s cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with ICT leadership
* Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures across all systems and platforms
* Lead threat and risk assessments and coordinate mitigation plans
* Oversee the design and implementation of technical security controls (firewalls, antivirus, SIEM, etc.)
* Coordinate incident response efforts, manage breach investigations, and execute recovery plans
* Monitor, assess, and respond to vulnerabilities and security alerts
* Conduct periodic security audits and penetration tests, and report findings to leadership
* Manage cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees globally
* Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry regulations
Qualifications and experience
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required
* Recognized professional certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor or CompTIA Security+ or equivalent foundational certifications
* Strong technical knowledge of security technologies (IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.)
* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
* Proven experience with risk management and compliance requirements (GDPR)
* Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
* Good proficiency in German, excellent command in English, French would be an asset
* Strong interpersonal skills and a true team player
* Communicative, adaptable, and loyal personality
* Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
* High level of discretion, precision, and commitment
* Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
* High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
* Experience with awareness training and stakeholder engagement is a plus
