Position: Welcome Desk Manager (50 – 100%)
Dates: June 2026 – March 2027
Place: Zurich
Working Hours: approx. 8 hours per day, starting at 09:45 daily.
Uniform: Business attire
Languages: Must be fluent in German and English
Salary: CHF 28.- /h brutto
Expenses: CHF 15.- / day for expenses (against receipt)

Tasks:
* As an ambassador, you represent the brand with grace and professionalism
* Warmly welcome guests with a smile, proactively assist them in taking a seat, or offer them a beverage if they need to wait
* Provide directions, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless flow of guests from arrival to departure, maintaining an impeccable level of service
Your Qualifications:
* Demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
* Possesses a deep understanding of service excellence and a strong commitment to meeting the high expectations of premium brands and their clientele
* Great communication skills, team player and open personality
* Fluency in English and German are mandatory, additional languages are a plus
