In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to manage, develop and maintain our Event business tools as well as providing 1st and 2nd level support for all MCI offices worldwide. You will serve as the link between the operational and development teams, resolving issues promptly and offering optimal solutions to clients, operational teams, and advanced users. You will also join a highly collaborative team where you’ll be mentored by Senior Support and Implementation Consultants to grow your skills.

Your mission
Software platform customization
* Build event management solutions for corporate projects using Cvent, Angage, and Swoogo as event management tools. Build larger congress management platform with B‑com and Inwink platforms.
* Coordinate and implement building and testing phases with clients before launching.
* Layout customization on events registration websites and mobile app platforms.
* Deal with a varied set of projects within an international environment.
Software user support
* Support all users of the platforms before, during, and after their events.
* Provide online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration.
* Identify and document user and system issues.
* Log and follow up all reported bugs and customer feedback.
* Find workarounds when bugs cannot be solved right away.
* Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of previous support issues.
* Conduct on‑call user support within our ticketing platform for all other MCI offices.
Software user training
* Create/update documentation, user’s manual, communication and reports.
* Create training documentation.
* Train users on applications and help them resolve application issues.
Your profile
* Fluency in both French and English (written & spoken).
* Competencies in Event Management and Tourism.
* Previous experience with Event/Tourism technology solutions.
* Relevant industry experience is a plus to better understand event management software.
* Strong computer skills: Office and industry software such as event management solutions (Cvent, Angage, Swoogo, Inwink, B‑com), hotel management, GDS (Global Distribution Systems), OTA (Online Travel Agents).
* Good analytical skills are essential.
* Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is considered a plus.
* Service‑oriented & attention to detail are a must.
* Autonomous, enjoys teamwork, has strong communication, can integrate into a young and dynamic group and is willing to contribute.
* Manages the stress of running several projects simultaneously.
