Requirements
Must have:
- Several years of experience in an analytical business, strategy or data-related role, ideally in a digital environment. - Strong analytical capabilities combined with structured and entrepreneurial thinking. - Hands-on experience working with data and tools such as SQL, Google Analytics or BI solutions. - Ability to turn numbers into relevant insights and concrete recommendations. - Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders. - Confident presence with clear and structured presentation skills. - Proactive, self-driven and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership. - Very good German or English skills; good knowledge of the other language is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience with digital platforms, marketplaces or growth-oriented business models. - Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization or performance marketing. - Understanding of commercial KPIs such as revenue, leads, conversion or CAC. - Experience collaborating with Product or Commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business, user and performance data across different marketplaces and derive clear recommendations for action. - Investigate funnels, conversion journeys and monetization levers; identify optimization potential. - Build dashboards, reports and decision-making tools with a strong focus on actionability and business impact. - Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps across products, channels and processes. - Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to prioritize and execute initiatives. - Translate complex topics into clear insights and present findings effectively, including to senior stakeholders. - Help further develop data-driven decision-making processes across the company.
