Mission
You will support and enhance the technical skills of our team, ensuring procurement aligns with the strategy and customer needs. Your experience will help optimize processes to reduce costs and delivery times.
Responsibilities
* Manage information flow and routing of goods
* Handle internal procurement requests and administrative tasks (RFI, RFQ, orders, etc.)
* Assist in tender preparations, including sourcing, specifications, offer analysis, negotiation, and contracting
* Procure mechanical parts based on technical drawings, collaborating with the technical team
* Monitor supply lead times
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships
* Assess supplier performance regarding quality and delivery
Required Professional Knowledge
* Technical training and procurement certification; buyer's certificate an asset
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in machinery; knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering is a plus
* Proficiency in ERP software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
* Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Personal Profile
* Understanding of MRP principles
* Good prioritization skills
* Autonomous, organized, flexible, and rigorous
* Fluent in French with good English skills (minimum B2); German B1 is a plus
