Working closely with partners, engagement leaders and leadership teams, the function plays a key role in gathering, structuring, and translating client feedback into actionable insights. The team acts as a central coordination point for client listening activities, ensuring transparency, quality and impact across key accounts and strategic client segments. /p /p p p p Zürich /p p As per agreement /p p 100% /p p Internal Firm Services /p p Everyone welcome /p p ID: WD /p /p /p /p /p /article section id="impact-skill" p p h2bYour Impact /b /h2 ulliCoordinate PwC Switzerland's client listening programme across key client segments, accounts and leadership stakeholders. /liliAlign annually with ASR leadership, Family Business and Middle Market partners, and Global Client Partners to define targets and focus areas. /liliConsolidate and analyze prior-year client listening results and present insights to leadership on request. /liliTrack and maintain the agreed client listening roadmap, including meetings, actions and follow-ups. /liliAct as the central point of contact for all client listening topics and related processes. /liliInitiate and manage client feedback surveys using the client listening tool and ensure timely distribution of results. /liliMaintain accurate status records, documentation and results folders on a daily basis. /liliCollaborate closely with the Client Listening Lead and, where appropriate, support partners in client feedback meetings. /li /ul /p p h2bYour Skill Set /b /h2 ulliBachelor's degree as a minimum qualification. /liliSenior Associate or Manager level with 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in a Big 4 or consulting environment. /liliSolid understanding of client listening programmes, engagement processes and stakeholder management. /liliFluency in German and English, written and spoken. /liliStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation. /liliAdvanced IT and office system skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce. /liliAbility to streamline manual processes, reduce error risk and improve efficiency and quality. /liliClear, confident communication and presentation skills across senior stakeholder groups. /liliOrganized, service-oriented and proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-focused approach. /liliOwnership mentality combined with resilience and positive energy when dealing with complexity. /li /ul /p /p /section section id="benefits" p h2Your Benefits /h2 p p Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) – unless you’re at your clients’ premises, which is of course always the priority.
