Responsibilities
* Manage a dedicated SME client portfolio, including consulting, sales, and relationship management.
* Take responsibility for the entire sales process as the primary contact, from needs assessment to closing.
* Create offers and process orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Collaborate closely with presales, technical teams, and internal departments to develop tailored IT solutions.
* Maintain active CRM records and execute targeted sales campaigns within the customer environment.
Qualifications
* Completed education in a commercial or technical field.
* Several years of experience in inside sales with a focus on IT.
* Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM systems, and MS Office.
* Confident in German (spoken & written), good English skills, French is a plus.
