In our quest to revolutionize the world’sinfrastructure, we’re seeking a dynamic Global Lead Certificationand Training Manager for our Cybersecurity Technology &Enablement Team within the SI B Cybersecurity Unit.
Location: While our preferred location is the Siemens Smart Infrastructureheadquarters in Zug, Switzerland, we are open to candidates basedin the USA, Buffalo Grove, Chicago Area The Role As a Global Lead Certification and Training Manager, you will be responsible foroverseeing and leading the processes involved in obtaining andmaintaining cybersecurity certifications for our products andsites.
You will also design and implement comprehensivecybersecurity training programs across all levels of theorganization.
Your role is critical in enhancing our cybersecurityposture and ensuring compliance with relevant standards andregulations.
You will be a member of the global Cybersecuritygovernance department, reporting to C-level executives, and withinthat, part of the Cybersecurity Technology & Enablement team.
Your new responsibilities - Certification Audit Coordination: Oversee and lead the process of obtaining and maintainingcybersecurity certifications for our products and sites - Coaching: Prepare teams for audits by conducting pre-audit training sessionsand providing necessary support to ensure readiness - Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and delivercomprehensive cybersecurity training programs for all levels of theorganization - Reporting: Provide regular reports on training andcertification progress to C-level executives and stakeholders Yourtalents and experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field - Professional Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are highly desirable - Strongunderstanding of cybersecurity standards and regulations - 5-10years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on certificationand training roles - Strong problem-solving, communication, andcoordination abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement -Experience in the following Certification standards: IEC62443, ISO27001, NIS2 - A strong customer focus and ability to workeffectively with diverse teams - Fluent in English, with theability to explain complex topics in an engaging manner -Proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus Employeebenefits - 2–3 days per week of mobile working is standard -Mobility allowance - Varied further training opportunities - Accessto employee share programs - Further information about employeebenefits can be found here What it’s like working for us We placesignificant emphasis on fostering an inclusive and flexible workingculture that encourages everyone to be their authentic selves.
