Job Description
Would you like to participate in the opening of our new Mama Shelter in Zürich?
Our goal is to deliver fun, unique event experiences for companies and individuals. You will organize all aspects of events (B2B & B2C), from negotiation to invoicing and onsite reception, acting as the main contact for clients. Events include business meetings, seminars, workshops with cocktails, birthdays, and more.
You will develop and implement a commercial strategy and pricing policy in collaboration with HQ and the Sales Manager, contributing to the success of our objectives through negotiation and execution of event requests. You will coordinate with all service departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Reception) to ensure top customer satisfaction. As a group ambassador, you will convey our values with energy and positivity.
