Missions: Management and Production Workflow and Capacity Management: Assess workload/capacity and distribute daily tasks to ensure monthly deliveries. Pilot Pre-assembly: Oversee pre-assembly steps to streamline final assembly. Equipment: Define tooling needs, place orders, and organize the workspace to optimize ergonomics and efficiency. Reporting: Ensure rigorous monitoring of deliveries while maintaining the required level of excellence. Development, Quality, and R&D Interface: Collaborate closely with the prototyping watchmaker for the development of new products. Quality Control: Work alongside the Quality Manager to analyze non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Arbitration: Adapt the level of aesthetic and functional requirements in response to volume increases, without ever compromising the DNA of the House. Continuous Improvement: Be proactive in modernizing processes (assembly methods, specific tools, workflows).
