Model-Based Control Engineer (m/f/d)
Location: Winterthur

Responsibilities
* Perform requirements analysis and define detailed technical specifications
* Analyze and understand controlled processes, often characterized by non-linear and time-varying dynamics
* Develop control software strategies using Model-Based Design methodologies
* Implement, verify, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality control software solutions
* Ensure full compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the entire V-model process
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective project delivery
* Contribute proactively as a collaborative team player within multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
Requirements
* MSc in Control Engineering (or an equivalent discipline), preferably with specialization in internal combustion engines or mechanical engineering
* Strong expertise in advanced model-based control methodologies
* Proven experience in the model-based design and development of MIMO systems; prior application within internal combustion engine systems is highly advantageous
* Experience in developing embedded real-time applications for distributed system architectures
* Solid proficiency in software design and implementation using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow
* Familiarity with Git and the Atlassian Jira/Confluence workspaces is considered a plus
* Very fluent in English
* German language skills are considered an advantage
